Life is made up of moments and each moment, no matter how small it seems, matters.
I want us to embrace reflection, share our moments and then create new ones that will positively impact the way we live our lives.
Together, we can get to OK!
Then, we can use OK as a springboard to even greater successes.
This song perfectly captures my thoughts, feelings and mission in battling the stigma surrounding mental health. Take a listen!
MAJOR thank you to my brother Joshua Lay for creating this and allowing me to use it to heal others as it has helped my healing.
