Husband, father, friend, Mental Health advocate and published author.
Born and raised in Baltimore, I've worked with children and families for over 20 years and at each stop, service has been my goal. So much so that I achieved a B.A. in English at Morgan State University in order to teach children followed by an M.S. in Human Services to assist their families. But I've learned that an education is simply not enough.
With that understanding, I still aim wholeheartedly to help children and families, just with a slightly more focused goal: helping them admit and come to terms with the reality of Mental Health and how it affects us and remove the stigma that comes with it
Life is made up of moments and each moment, no matter how small, matters.
I want to share those moments, have you share yours, then, together, create new ones that will positively impact the way we live our lives today and for all the tomorrows.
